This is a very good picture, it shows performance and energy and it tells a story. However, this picture is of adults. My magazine is for a college/school that is broadcasting their performing arts part of the school. I'd also quite like the picture to show an achievement that the school has done.
This photo is from my sister's school production of Alice InWonderland. I personally think it is a fantastic picture and it really shows what the school has been preparing for. The school is an Arts school, which is the sort of school I would like my own magazine to be about. I really like the lighting in this picture. I do not want to use a picture like this however, because I would much rather have just a photo of one person. 
I love this picture because of the lack of colour. It intrigues the reader, even without colour and I think that is a very hard thing to do. The dancer's face is hidden, also intriguing the reader. I think something like this would be suitable for my magazine, because the magazine issue is going to be about a new style of dance being introduced into the school and this would symbolise street dancing. This is one of my favorites. 
Like the one before, this is black and white. This one is also more suitable for my magazine because it is a picture of only one person. It shows how younger students are getting invovled in the new style of dance being introduced to the school. I like this photo a lot.
