Drafts of front covers and contents pages

This is my first design for the front cover of my magazine. The subheadings are eye catching and it is colourful, but I believe that this will not be my final draft for my front cover. This designs colours do not correspond very well with each other and I will probably try and get the colours to compliment each other. The colours in the picture defnitely do not correspond at all and i will try to do that.

I have changed the colour of the headline to black because I think it looks more striking and corresponds with the colours in the picture. I have not changed much apart from that. I have started my first draft of the contents page, shown next to the cover draft. I plan to put pictures down the left side of the page to fill up the page but this is subject to change.

i have once again changed some aspects of the front cover. This is as far as I have got in developing the front cover and the contents page. the colours on the front cover are much more corresepondent with the colours in the picture and in the title of the magazine. on my contents page, the third rule is apparent. I plan to put little pictures in the middle third that can be seen as quite empty at the moment. the colours on the contents are correspondent and coherent with the colours on the front cover. Evidently, this is my favourite design yet, although there are still some things to be developed on both pages. I am unsure whether to put a box around the 'Ivy Danvers' part on the front page.

  1. Your contents page development do not reflect your research of contents pagfes very well. Co back and have a second look at them to help you make some final choices
